Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun season 2 episode 6 is just what this anime needed. I didn’t want to go through another season of happy-go-lucky Iruma managing to stand out in the Netherworld. When I think about it, I like this new Iruma more than the old one.
How do you like the story of episode 6?
It should be pretty obvious from the opening paragraph but I love what went on in Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun season 2 episode 6. Iruma is completely different than what we’ve been shown so far. He’s confident, focused, intimidating and has a commanding presence. In all of that, he still manages to not alienate his friends and classmates.
I was expecting Iruma to lash out at both Asmodeus and Clara at the start of the episode. To my surprise, that was not the case. Iruma treats them with enough respect that they still happily follow him. The same goes for the rest of the Misfit Class.
I guess the best way I can describe the story is that Iruma has finally grown a backbone and some ambition. Throw in a little bit of cunning and you’ve got yourself the new and improved Iruma. I’m left with the impression that Iruma’s going to succeed in getting a new classroom for the Misfit Class.
What did you like about Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun season 2 episode 6?
I’m actually really glad that Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun season 2 episode 6 didn’t have Iruma go completely off of the rails. It could’ve been easy for the anime to have Iruma be abusive or mean to his friends. It appears that enough of his old self is intact so that this doesn’t happen. Asmodeus and Clara are still treated fairly well, even if Asmodeus is treated more like a servant and Clara has to sit on Iruma’s lap to keep him warm.
Besides that, the highlight of episode 6 is Iruma’s interaction with Kalego. Iruma is trying to go through the proper channels to acquire the rights to use the Royal One classroom. It’s the classroom that was used by the former demon king when he attended Babyls. It’s been off limits for centuries.
Iruma and Kalego’s battle of wits it just a lot of fun to watch. I kept waiting for Iruma to remind Kalego that he’s Iruma’s summon but that never happened. Just when you think the two are about to get into a fight Iruma turns the tables on his teacher and they agree to terms. Now I’m excited to see if Iruma and the Misfit Class can get all of the faculty’s signatures in the required time!
What did episode 6 get wrong?
I can’t say that I noticed anything in Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun season 2 episode 6 that was obviously wrong. I was just sucked into Iruma’s new personality so much that if there was one or two things that would’ve bothered me I missed them. You may be able to find something, but I sure didn’t.
Is Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun Season 2 Episode 6 worth watching?
Yes. I think Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun season 2 episode 6 is worth watching. I still can’t believe the Iruma I just saw. Episode 6 is like a breath of fresh air. It’s the shake up that this anime needed. Now I’m really excited to watch episode 7 when it comes out!
Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun Season 2 Episode 7 Preview
The Misfit Class has three days to collect the signatures that they need to gain access to Royal One. It’ll be interesting to watch as the signatures are gathered one by one. From the brief shots that we’re shown, it looks like it’s not going to be as simple as asking each teacher for their signature. My guess is that there will be some subterfuge involved. That should be pretty entertaining to watch.
Now go watch some anime!
